Answers:
I am not sure what you call it, but I call it a Pasta salad!.!.

Ingredients:
tri colored rotini noodles
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
broccli
cauliflower
salt
pepper
mayo
cooking oil
tuna (optional)

Boil some cooking oil with the pasta to keep it from sticking together!. In a sperate pan boil the small chopped broccli and cauliflower!. While those things are boiling finely chop the bell peppers (both) and put in a large mixing bowl!. Once the noodles are ready (soft but not mushy) drain the water, rinse in cool water to help cool them off faster!. also do the same with the done broccli/cauliflower!.!.Add everything into the bell pepper bowl!. Add about 1-2 Tbsp of mayo and the tuna (optional)!. Season with the salt and pepper until its the way you like!. Using salt and real mayo (not miracle whip or lite mayo) blends the flavors better!. Its really good and healthy!.

I've only used the tuna once in this dish and didnt like it, but to add it makes like a meal in one dish!.!.lolWww@FoodAQ@Com

Marinades are the way to go for lots of flavor, but not too much fat!.

A good website for easy, healthy main dishes is

I think it has new stuff every day!. I've added a comment to a recipe before and it's been responded to almost immediately!.

Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Use spices!. Here is a really good spice for a chicken:

2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons dried oregano leaves
2 tablespoons dried sweet basil
1 tablespoon dried thyme leaves
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon white pepper
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon celery seed
5 tablespoons sweet paprika

Mix it all together and then rub it on your meat!Www@FoodAQ@Com
