Can I freeze homemade bread dough for latter baking!. As loafs of bread and dinner rolls!. If so how, whats the best way to go about it !?

I freeze the bread/roll/pizza doughs in ziploc bags unshaped!. When I want to bake it, I put it in the frig to defrost for a day, and then out to the counter in the morning to come to room temperature (you could transfer it to a greased bowl and cover it at this point if you want)!. Then I shape and bake like I normally would do!.
Search for recipes online and visit company websites for recipes and more ideas!. There's also food related sites from TV channels and cooking shows - like PBS, etc!. I love cookbooks, but I'm getting selective about those I buy, so I borrow cookbooks from my local library!.
My tips - don't be afraid to try generic brands if it's going to save you money!. If it's something you're going to need in the next month, buy it if it's not on your list, but on sale!. Plan your meals according to what's on sale - at least with meats you can!. Learn to make meals with cheaper/economical cuts of meats!. Compare the prices on sizes of the same product - sometimes it's cheaper to buy a smaller bottle/package than a larger bottle or package!. The Sunday paper is worth getting just for the coupon inserts - and you can also get coupons online and print them out!. Learn to make your own salad dressings if you use them a lot - it's much cheaper, fresher, and better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Wrap the dough in cling film!. Then freeze!. Lots of sites out there but I have used www!.frugal!.org!.ukWww@FoodAQ@Com
