I'm in college and have extremely limited cooking supplies, so this is really easy and don't require a lot of ingredients!.
Easy slow cooker French dip (serves 4):
1 1/2 lbs!. beef sirlion roast
1/2 (1 ounce) packet dry au juice packet
1/2 cup water
Put roast in slow cooker!. Mix together water and au juice packet; pour over roast!. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours (or until done)!.
Remove roast from slow cooker and shred/slice!. Put au juice from bottom of slow cooker in container of some sort!.
Another good way to mix it up is to buy a Magic Bullet so you can experiement with smoothie recipies!. The blending containers are also the cups, so it's already individual sized!. I just throw in whatever yogurt I have, some frozen fruit, occassionally fresh fruit if I have some that would be appropriate, a bit of juice, and ice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
