Ok i'm going to whole foods tomorrow and i have no idea what to buy!. I'm trying to lose 50 pounds i lost 10 in the last 2 weeks and have a ways to go!. I need ideas for breakfast and lunch that are healthy!. Please help!! Dinner Recipes would also be appreciated!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i kno this may seem kind of stupid but weight watchers really helps maybe go on there website and get some recipes! otherwise french toast is really a healthy and energizing breakfast if you would want to try that!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Breakfast:

Brown rice rewarmed in the microwave topped with fresh fruit, organic walnuts and lowfat yogurt!.

Lunch, leafy baby spinach salad with sunflower seeds, organic almonds and some kind of vinagrette!. Slice of whole grain bread with organic peanut butter!. Add more toasted sunflower seeds if you like!.

Dinner:

Whole (or regular) grain pasta with an organic low fat sauce and pan wilted leafy greens (use a scant amount of olive oil or healthy spray on oil)!.

Dessert: Fresh fruit!.

The more healthy fruit you rely on the more weight you'll lose!. The nuts add protein, healthy fat and won't harm you!. They'll add to your health and help keep you feeling full, as will a serving of protein taken with most meals!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cut down on oils, corn syrup or MSG in your diet!. Check the food labels before you buy!. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits in your diet!. Most people do not eat enough vegetables!. Eat a hearty breakfast and a sensible size dinner!. Wait at least three to four hours after dinner before going to sleep!. Reduce the amount of meat you consume and attempt to eat chicken or turkey as your main meat staples!.

You should buy fruits for breakfast!. Buy salad stuff and lean meats for lunch and dinner!. Vegtables are always good!. For lunch I always eat a sandwich and a fruit or veggie with it or a salad!. Switch to wheat bread!. You can cook chicken breasts, steaks, ribs, or any meat that isn't high in carbs for dinner!. You don't want to eat a lot of pasta because of the amount of carbs in it!. The trick is to eat fresh foods that you have to prepare yourself and stay away from processed foods!. Sea food is very healthy too!. Always snack of stuff like celery, baby carrots, tomatoes,and fruits!. You can google lots of good recipies!. When you buy foods look at the carbs and calories per serving!. If it's under 18 carbs per serving its good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

stock up on fruit and veggies!. eat lean meats, and not a lot of them!. eat appropriate portions!. lay off the bread!. keep away from high sodium, high sugar, snack foods!. instead of chips eat a rice cake or unsalted, unbuttered popcorn (and not a whole bag of the microwave crap, get the 100 calorie bags and don't eat one every day) eat yogurt or jello in place of pudding!. grilled over fried!. follow the food pyramid!.

Get some soy milk for breakfast, chocolate and vanilla!. Cereal, Granola bars!. Hashbrowns, veggie sausage, tofu (in replacement of eggs)!. Lunch time you can make some sanwhichs, veggie meat, soy cheese, and any kinda veggies you want on it!Www@FoodAQ@Com

breakfast: oat meal, apple cinnamon, total cereal, special K, fat free milk, oranges
