It may sound strange to some one who has not been to Montreal Canada, but there most people are use to it, and I am not talking of "poutine", in most of the delis, they serve spagetti with a sauce that has Montreal Smoked Meat in it, and some of the Chinese restaurant will make a fried rice with smoked meat, even the local hot dog store have a sauce for "Cheins Chaud" called Michigan sauce or style, it is a sweetish meat sauce, not spiced like chili, a cross between a sloppy joe and a chili with no beans, when I worked in Newfoundland Canada after a night of drinking we went to a fish and chip shop and had cod tongues and cheeks with chips!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
