What can be done to make sirloin pork chop...?!
not be tasteless in the oven!? The recipes I have just read require breading and frying first till breading is somewhat brown!. I do not do alot of fried foods, so I crushed up corn flakes and rolled chops in that and put in oven!. Can I put cream of mushroom over top w/ mushrooms!? Will that help!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you have them coated in corn flakes, I don't reccomend the soup, it will cause the flakes to turn to mush!.!.!.Just spray the chops with cooking oil spray, and add some herbs you like, such as: garlic powder, onion powder, oragano, basil (what ever you like)Www@FoodAQ@Com
I like to use Lychee fruits with a little of the light syrup from the can!. but i fry them instead of the oven!. Still pretty quick about 2 or 3 minutes per side, i also use a med hi heat and High setting to start, olive oil or canola oil and a bit of herds, your choice here fresh or dried herds!. Another great finisher for chops but not with the Sweet Lychee Fruit, This I would start with Garlic and onion in the pan, cook these about half way, again with your favorite herbs and dry spices, but finish it off with Bourbon or scotch, like 2 ounces in a hot pan, careful cuz it Will flair up, not to worry this is expected cook until flame is gone out about 1 minute and you are done, You can substitute Wine, Brandy or your favorite liquor!.!.!.!. Let me know how it is!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
season the meat before doing anything to it!. Even breading will be tasteless if you don't season it!. You can go simple and savor the natural flavor of the pork with just some salt and pepper or you can bump it up a notch with what ever you like!. lemon pepper is nice as is any of the rubs or grill seasoning you can buy in the seasoning section!. if you have an aversion to salt, Mrs!. Dash makes boatloads of salt free seasoning blends that are quite nice!. It is good if you can season your chops, cover nd let set in the fridge for a while to absorb that flavor and then cook them!. Baking them is fine if that is what you like but broiling is good too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Season it up! Use S&P, garlic powder, and onion powder before you ever bread it!. And do it in a skillet to get more flavor than simply baking in an oven!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Season well, and don't bake!. Broil!. If you do bake, try covering with fruit!. I use orange and pear slices, with a little Worchester!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
