Answers:
You can make a stir-fry with this!. Just marinate the chicken in the soy for at least an hour, slice the peppers and onions into thin slivers!. If you have sesame oil, use that, if not, a couple tablespoons of canola or vegetable will suffice!. Fry the garlic first to infuse the oil and then remove it before it's burnt, saving some garlic for later!. Add the chicken to a pan heated to med!. high, but make sure the chicken'ss dry of the soy sauce before it's added to the pan or it will spatter or not get a good caramelization!. Stir-fry for 6 minutes(make sure the chicken is chopped up into 1/2 inch to an inch pieces)!. Remove the chicken and then add the bell pepper and onions, stir-frying them at a constant heat of med!. high for another 5 minutes or until al dente!. Add more garlic near the end if you like garlic alot, that is!.

If you have some cornstarch, add a couple of teaspoons to some water and pour that in near the end, it will create a thick sauce for the stir-fry!. Add soy sauce near the end as well, to taste, as it may not be salty enough!. also, you might add a little crushed red pepper too for spice near the end and a little fresh ginger, mushrooms or carrots also would spruce up your stir-fry!.

Hope this helps,

Not sure if you have all the stuff for this, but it's very yum:

Thai Chicken Stir-Fry

3 Tblsp dry sherry
2 Tblsp soy sauce
1 Tblsp fish sauce (optional)
1 Tblsp water
1 tsp cornstarch
? tsp crushed red pepper flakes
12 ounces skinless, boneless chicken
1 Tblsp cooking oil
1 tsp grated gingerroot
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup bias-sliced carrots
2 cups fresh pea pods (tips and strings off) or one 6-ounce pkg frozen pea pods, thawed
4 green onions, bias-sliced into 1-inch pieces
1/3 cup dry roasted peanuts
Hot cooked rice (optional)

1!.For sauce, stir together sherry, soy sauce, water, cornstarch, and red pepper!. Set aside!.
2!.Rinse chicken, pat dry!. Cut into 1-inch pieces; set aside!.
3!.Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat!. Cook garlic and ginger for about 15 seconds when hot!. Add carrots and stir-fry for 2 minutes!. Add pea pods and green onions and stir-fry 2 or 3 minutes (til crisp-tender)!. Remove veggies from pan!.
4!.Add chicken to hot wok and stir-fry 3 or 4 minutes until no longer pink!. Push chicken to outside of pan!. Stir the sauce and add to the center of the pan!. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly!. Return veggies to the pan and add peanuts!. Stir to coat 1-2 minutes; heat through!. Serve over rice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can do a decent stir fry with that:

dice the chicken, bell peppers and onion!. In a large skillet, cook the chicken in a bit of oil and when about half done, put in the peppers and onion!. when the veggies are to you liking, mix in some soy sauce to taste and add some other spices like ginger, cloves, red pepper flakes, black pepper, cumin or asian five spice if you have it!.

toss together lightly and serve on rice if you like!. I personally never do the rice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

saute' onions and peppers in skillet until soft and brown!.
1st marinate chicken in soysauce and garlic for 30 + minutes in the fridge!. take out of fridge and let sit for 20-30 min and either put in skillet with some extra virgin olive oil and brown on each side for about 4 min or until done!. Then add the grilled peppers and onions on top!. It would be good with rice and also great if you melted some cheese on top of the chickenWww@FoodAQ@Com
