I LOVE Montreal Steak on my burgers and steak! It's made by McCormick and in most grocery stores!. And a sesame sauce (Chinese section in the store) is a great marinade for chicken or beef!.
To add to any grill experience, chop up zucchini and yellow squash and some onions, mix with some olive oil, add some salt and pepper or any combo of spices, and grill it in an inexpensive grill dish from TJ Maxx!. Yum!
Keep it simple like you've been doing and you'll always have an appreciative audience!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can always stuff the burger with chesses, if you like Bleu Cheese, mix in a little bit of Bleu Cheese Crumbles, but you will need to add an egg in it to help hold it together better!. They put two pieces of peppered bacon on it!. Wooo!!! that is so good you will slap yourslef!!!
Here is a marinade for meat!.
1/2 cup red wine
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Whochesthire sauce
2 tblsp lemon juice
1 tblsp of apple cider vinegar
1-2 tblsp black pepper
2 clove of minced garlic

The acidity from the vinegar, and the lemon jucie will help make it tender, and the rest just adds a good flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't know if you like garlic but for both the burger and the steak, garlic (crushed fresh garlic) just takes the taste to a whole other level of deliciousness!
You can put a cap-ful of vinegar on the steak it tenderizes it and gives it a good taste that pairs perfectly with the garlic!.
I have chopped fresh spinach and mixed it into the burger meat along with the salt, pepper, and garlic!. I love making two small patties of the seasoned meat, place whatever cheese I will be using between and then fuse the two what happens is the cheese melts inside the burger as it cooks and locks in misture making the burger moist and finger licking goooood LoL!
Oh for the steak and mashed potatoes mix the mashed potatoes with a little mayo, butter and milk and add corn Yummy!
