Anyone use their broiler pan as a steamer?!
Just for fun, I put water on the bottom of a broiler pan, then put the broiler part on top, put some cuts of meat on it, slapped it in the oven at 375 degrees (not broiling), and the meat turned out very tender!. I'd like to know if others do this (steaming vs!. broiling), and what foods do you use (meats, veggies) and time/temps that are best!. Thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
