Creamy Spinach Pasta

RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup butter
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp!. chopped onion
3/4 lb!. fresh or frozen spinach, drained and coarsely chopped
1 lb!. green or white fettucine noodles
1-1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup heavy cream
Pepper
1!. In a medium-sized skillet, melt half the butter and add the garlic and onion!. Cook until golden but not browned!. Add the spinach and partially cover the pan until the spinach had heated through!.

2!. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the package directions!. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot!. Toss it with the remaining butter, the spinach mixture, cheese, and cream until all are blended and heated through!. Makes 6 servings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cook up macaroni until "al dente"!.
Cut up fresh spinach finely or use frozen spinach!.
Boil up separately adding butter near the end!.
Drain off excess water and mix in with the macaroni in a serving dish!.
Make a sauce with milk and flour to thicken!. (basic white sauce) if you are allowed to use milk!. Add some grated cheese but do not let the cheese boil!.

Chop and and fry some onions and mushroom in a little oil and some garlic!. Add to some hot cooked pasta, raw ripped spinach, Fromage Frais or cream cheese, toasted pine nuts!. Give all a good stir and serve!. yum!! Add a little cheese if ya like!Www@FoodAQ@Com
