yes, I have a great salad!. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, shredded cheese, crushed up fritoes, and put red catalina salad dressing over it , and mix , great cool meal!. (if serving later, wait and put fritoes, and salad dressing on later before serving), crunchy that way!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

i definitely prefer a cold supper, unless i do a lot of physical activities, then i prefer a hot meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Personally, I like a salad with some protein ex!. grilled steak, thinly sliced on some salad greens or even chicken or seafood!.!.!. Need recipes!?
