I'm going to make german chocolate and white vanilla cupcakes, and I want to put filling in them!
What type of filling would you want in yours, if it be the german chocolate cupcake or white vanilla!?!?

Hostess Creamy Filling -
2 teaspoons very hot water
rounded 1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups marshmallow creme (1 7-ounce jar)
1/2 cup shortening
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1!. Combine the salt with the hot water in a small bowl and stir until
salt is dissolved!. Let this mixture cool!.
2!. Combine the marshmallow creme, shortening, powdered sugar, and
vanilla in a medium bowl and mix well with an electric mixer on high
speed until fluffy!.
3!. Add the salt solution to the filling mixture and combine!.
Makes 1 1/2 cups
Whipped Cream Filling
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Beat cream until it begins to thick; add sugar gradually!. Add flavoring; continue to beat until cream holds its shape when the beater is raised!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have a recipe for a German Chocolate cupcake w/no frosting!. The cream cheese and chocolate chip filing is all you need!. Frosting on my recipe would make them to sweet, but again, probably rather good with the white frosting!.

On the vanilla, I love vanilla bean buttercream frosting or chocolate buttercream frosting!.
As for the filling!.!.!. I love lemon curd filling in a white cupcake!.

I make a filling of softened cream cheese, an egg, vanilla extract and mini chocolate chips !.!.!.!.!.!.I think a cream cheese or white frosting would be good on themWww@FoodAQ@Com
maybe u could heat up white chocolate chips and put it in the middle
