I am a family of 3 and know exactly what you mean!
I bought a crock pot (slow cooker) a couple of months ago, and couldn't live without it anymore!.
I make mainly stews in mine or soup!. IF I have a bit of time, I prepare it in the evening (only takes me 15-20 min)
otherwise during day/ early mornings whenever my son is playing on his own for a short while!.
Put it all in the pot and turn it on to be ready at diner/supper time, you don't have to look at it anymore until your ready to eat!
what an invention!Www@FoodAQ@Com
