I make this pineapple salsa and serve it alongside chicken, rice, and mixed veggies!.
you need crushed pineapple
regular tomato salsa !.!.!.!. or make your own from a can of diced tomatoes
add your own cilantro to taste, plus lime, salt, and garlic

Pineapple Crisp
Grilled pineapple - i had it in a brazilian restaurant, just put to the grill till surface slightly brown!.
Pineapple Fried Rice 4 servings
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/3 cup peanut oil
1 lb!. black tiger shrimp, (peeled and deveined)
1/3 cup diced carrot
1/3 cup diced onion
1 egg (beaten)
4 cups cooked jasmine rice
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon white pepper
1/3 cup sweet peas
1/3 cup raisin
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 fresh pineapple
1/3 cup roasted cashews
1!. cut vertically at the 1/3 portion of the pineapple, remove fresh from the 2/3 portion of the pineapple, cut into chunks!. Reserve the skin as a serving dish, cut out a strip off skin at the bottom to make the dish stand up nicely!.
2!. In a wok at medium-high heat, add the garlic and oil and stir until golden brown!. Add the shrimp and cook for 3 more minutes, stirring occasionally!. Follow with carrot and onion, stirring for 2 minutes
3!. Add the beaten egg and stir constantly for 30 seconds!. Add rice, butter, salt, sugar, white pepper, sweet pea, raisin, soy sauce and pineapple chunks and stir until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, approximately 3 minutes!. Remove from heat, place in hollowed-out pineapple halves and top with cashews before serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i dont have the recipie, but made one up!.!. you may or may not like it!. Pineapples, peaches, strawberries, cantaloupe, and whip cream at the top =) FRUIT SALAD =) =0 i hope u like it (by the way, im no expert, im only 12 XD lol =) =0Www@FoodAQ@Com
