Hot Spinach-Artichoke Dip





1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
2 (13 3/4-ounce) cans artichoke hearts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1 cup grated pepper jack cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F!. Grease a casserole dish with nonstick spray!.

Heat the spinach in a microwave oven on high for 5 minutes and squeeze dry!. Drain the artichoke hearts and coarsely chop in a food processor!.
Combine all the ingredients except the jack cheese in a large bowl!. Stir well!. Scrape into the prepared casserole dish and sprinkle the jack cheese on top!. Bake for 30 minutes!. Transfer to a chafing dish and keep warm over a low flame!. Serve with bagel chips!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Makes 3 cups
2 teaspoons olive oil, plus more for baking dish
1 medium onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 pounds spinach, cleaned, trimmed, and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup milk
6 ounces reduced-fat bar cream cheese
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes hot sauce, such as Tabasco
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
Coarse salt and ground pepper
Baguette slices, breadsticks, or crackers, for serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees!. In a Dutch oven or large pot, heat oil over medium!. Add onion and garlic; cook until lightly browned, 5 to 8 minutes!.
Add spinach in two additions, letting the first batch wilt before adding the next; cook until completely wilted, 5 to 8 minutes!. Transfer to a colander; drain, pressing to release all excess liquid!.
In the same pot, warm milk over high heat!. Whisk in cream cheese until melted, about 3 minutes!. Add spinach, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and 1/4 cup mozzarella; stir to combine!. Season with salt and pepper!. Pour into a lightly oiled 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella!.
Bake until bubbly and golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes!. Serve hot with accompaniments, as desired!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

first, get a bowl!. put ranch dip in it!. put a little bit of water (less than a quarter of water) get spinach and cook it while the ranch dip is in the refridgerator!. when spinach is cooked, take out the ranch dip and put roughly choppped spinach in it!. mix until evenly spread out!.if desired, chop really tiny pieces of carrots and broccoli in it for a more flavorful taste!. well, i hope you like my made up recipie!. im not gonna guarantee that you'll like it, but you might!. i tried it and thought it was pretty good!. a half stick of butter
one box of frozen spinach (completely thawed and squeezed of water)
