I found a great marinane for salmon or chicken in the salad dressing section of the grocery store!. It's called Chardonney Citrus (or Citrus Chardonney) and it's great as a salad dressing or a marinade!. I marinade the meat in it for about 30-45 minutes!. No more!. Then the mean can either be grilled or baked!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Only for a little while, because if it's anything with acid in it (anything citrusy) it'll actually cook the fish, even when in the fridge!. It's easy to just bake it in the oven with some basic Italian dressing on it, in a foil packet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
One of the easies marinates, is olive oil, chopped garlic, chopped parsley, salt and pepper!. You can do this from one day to another but do not keep the salmon more than 3 days in your fridge!.
