I hope they're Baby Back Ribs!.!.!. If you want some ribs that will have you craving more every time you remember your rib devouring experience try using a steam smoker!. They are fairly inexpensive and will turn out some ribs like nothing else!. The steam will make them really moist and you can add some mesquite, cherry or apple wood pieces soaked in water to your heat source for a delicious flavor touch!. They won't need any sauce at all and can stand on their own!. Sometimes I mix some white vinegar, Cayenne pepper, salt and water to sprinkle on every half hour as I smoke the ribs to perfection for about six to eight hours!. The Weber steam smoker has two grates in it so you can load it up with plenty of ribs along with some hot dogs and a Purdue oven roaster hen to snack on while you wait for the main course!. A potato salad, cole slaw, baked beans, some french bread and lots of cold beer and you'll be moaning with delight!. If you have any room left some apple pie a-la mode will take it over the top!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

boil them in beer (enough beer to cover about 2/3 then water to completely cover) with peppercorns, garlic powder for about an hour

mix lots brown sugar with paprika, onion powder & cayenne pepper (optional & to taste)

coat the ribs with the dry rub (above), then grill & add bbq sauce if you wantWww@FoodAQ@Com

I put mine in a baking dish with a little water, season them up with whatever is in the cabinet, (I love Cavender's) cover with foil, and bake at 275 for a few hours!. They will fall off the bone! Good luck, that sounds good for dinner!!! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

marinate them in sauce of your choice for a few hours, cook in the oven for a half hoour, then finish them on the BBQ if possible!.
