What am I making for dinner?!

Question: What am I making for dinner!?
I have NY strip steaks I'm planning on putting on the grill!.
It's very hot here, so I'd like to minimize or eliminate the oven/stovetop usage!. What do you recommend I serve with the steaks!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
1) Portobello mushrooms! Buy them whole and clean them!. Do not clean with water!. Just brush them off with a towel until all the grit is gone!. Brush with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper and slap those babies on the grill!
2) Roasted garlic heads!. Take a whole large garlic head and cut off the top!. Cover in EVOO and wrap in foil then place on the hottest spot on the grill!. These take about an hour but well worth the time!. The garlic will caramelize and soften so you can just squeeze the cloves and spread on the steak!.
3) Spinach salad!. Get a bag of spinach leaves and dump into a large bowl!. Add thinly chopped red onion, chopped mint, mandarin orange sections (you can get these in a can) and walnut pieces!. Toss with EVOO , balsamic vinegar and cracked pepper!. If you can find white balsamic, that's even better!. Cover with a damp paper towel and put in the freezer for 5 minutes!. This plumps up the spinach and makes it nice and cool!.
4) Good old corn on the cob!. When the corn is ready to eat, you can mix the roasted garlic with butter and spread that on the cob!. Oh man! My stomach is growling now!
5) Here's a drink idea!. Mix 2/3 cranberry juice, 1/3 ginger ale, the juice of 1/2 a lemon and lots of ice!. For a kick, add vodka but it's really good without the booze too!.
Can I come over!? I'll bring my guitar and play for my supper!
