i have worked out, read my favorite magazine, took a bath!.!.its been nice!.

1/4 cup water
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup brown sugar
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, or in the microwave, melt caramels with water, stirring frequently!. Remove from heat!. In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar!. Fold in caramel mixture!. Serve immediately!.

Try having a bowl of soup and a couple of slices of toast!.
Scrambled Eggs on toast is another favourite of mine!.
Anything that takes only 5 minutes to prepare and about the same amount of time!.
Even a small tin, or half a can of Baked Beans or Spaghetti makes a nice meal!.
