I made something like this, unfortunately I don't use a recipe but here are the basic's!.
cut up chicken (raw or cooked either one works)
1 can cream of mushroom, 1 can cream of chicken
diced onion
diced celery
1 soup can of milk
2-4 c!. cooked rice
combine all in oven proof baking dish

bake @350 for 60-90 min (60 if chichen is cooked, 90 if raw)
*optional: carrots chopped and frozen peas

there are so many variations of this recipe that it is hard to tell-- I have heard of people using cream of celery, cream of broccoli, cream of chicken, cream of potato, cheese soup, need I go on---you will probably have to try different recipes until you find the best!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've seen these chicken and rice casseroles made using cream of mushroom and any one of these other three: cream of broccoli, cream of asparagus, and cream of chicken!. Each combination works, they just have a different flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
