Question: Need a buttered noodle receipe to go with my swiss steak!?
Answers:
Mine's the same, except I salt and pepper the water in which the noodles boil and don't use as much butter!. (Honest, "and pepper!." It turns the water dark, but gives the noodles a great flavor that goes well with the Swiss steak!. It doesn't turn the noodles dark, only the water!.) As to the butter, I use 2-3 tablespoons or so!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

BUTTERED NOODLES WITH PARMESAN CHEESE

2 c!. noodles

I usually use wide egg noodles!. make according to directions on package!. ONLY WHEN WATER COMES TO A BOIL add plenty of salt!. Drain!. put back into hot pan you made them in!. ( this takes away all left over water)
Add butter and fresh parsley, toss well serve with your Swiss steak!.
Another quick tip!.!.!. if your sauce from the Swiss steak is a bit thin, before you drain the pasta water, add a ladle of the starchy water to your sauce!. ( I know it sounds crazy, but it works to thicken it)Www@FoodAQ@Com
