Un-Cured Ham Steaks Ideas?!

Question: Un-Cured Ham Steaks Ideas!?
Please note: These are NOT oval-shaped slices of pink cured ham commonly seen!. These are steaks - like beef sirloin steaks!.

I got these from an organic farmer and they are un-cured or fresh pork, bright red, 3/4 inch thick and triangle-shaped like beef steaks!. I've searched the web and looked through all my cookbooks from the 1920s to present and found very few recipes!. I don't really want to cut them up to make stew or kabobs - any ideas!?

Thank you, all my Food & Drink people!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would grill, like beef, using a brown sugar, pineapple juice for basting!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and baste very often, cook till done atleast 170' internal temp!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

In that case they are only pork steaks, and not Ham Steaks!. Ham is cured pork!.

Just fry or cook like you would a pork chop, under the grill, 6" away from the heat, in the oven for about 4 minutes each side, or until they are done!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
