Chocolate modeling clay (for leaves, roses, etc)
Ingredients:
10 ounces chocolate chips
1/3 cup light corn syrup
Directions:
Note: the chocolate can be substituted with almond bark and food coloring or use colored candy disks chocolates
Melt the chocolate in a microwave for 1 minute!. Stir!. If chocolate is not completely melted, return to the microwave for 30 seconds at a time and stir until smooth!. If you don't have a microwave, place the chocolate in the top of a double broiler over hot water and stir until melted!.
When the chocolate is melted, add the corn syrup and blend!. Pour the mixture onto a waxed paper sheet!.
Spread the chocolate with your fingers until it's about 1/2-inch thick!. Cover loosely with waxed paper and let it stiffen for at least a couple hours or overnight!. The chocolate will become very pliable!.
Creations will harden after a few days and can be saved by storing in a cool, dry place!. Since this recipe is the consistency of modeling clay, you can mold any shape you want!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do you mean modeling dough that's harmless if eaten or do you mean modeling dough that's intended to be eaten!?
For the former, a simple salt dough works well!. It's definitely edible, though I wouldn't call it pleasant-tasting!. 2 cups flour, 1 cup salt, 1 cup water!. Mix really well!. If it's too thin, add more flour!. If it's too thick, add more water!. Divide it and color the batches!.
For the latter, go to www!.cooks!.com and find a shortbread cookie recipe!. Shortbread does traditionally not have any eggs (or other things one shouldn't eat raw) in it!. Mix it up, divide it, and color the sections!. You'd probably want to add a little more flour, to make it easier to handle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
