Answers:
Caesar dressings vary from recipe to recipe but the kind you find in restaurants is often home made, which of course is the best!. Running a close second though are the ones sold in the refrigerated section next to the salads!. They often still have a good fresh garlic flavor for one thing, and the overprocessed ones down the salad dressing aisle do not!. If you bought yours in the salad dressing aisle it will probably have a heavy garlic flavor, but not that sharp fresh bite fresh garlic has!.

Personally I don't like the overprocessed kind, but my husband doesn't mind them if they have a heavy parmesan flavor!. Taste it and see what you think!. You are the best judge of what you like and what it needs!. Add some mayo if you think it isn't creamy enough, some fresh crushed garlic if it isn't garlicky enough, some lemon juice if it isn't tart enough, some salt and pepper if you think it needs it, or some parmesan if your salad isn't going to already be full of it!.
