Question: What are some snacks that i can put in my kids lunches!?!?
i want 2 put snacks in my kids lunches that are nutritional with not much salt fat or sugar, but snacks that come in packages!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Since kids invariably trade their well-packed lunches for things that are less nutritious, you might want to consider some of the following:

1!. Brownies made with applesauce or lowfat yogurt!.
2!. Oatmeal Raisin cookies made with whole grains, yogurt, and chocolate chips
3!. Peanut butter and granola bars (homemade)
4!. Peanut butter rice krispie treats (I know that the marshmallows have sugar, but these are fat free basically and kids love them)
5!. Strawberries stuffed with crushed pecans and fat free cream cheese
6!. Jello jiggles
7!. Trail mix
8!. Homemade chocolate cupcakes filled with sugar free custard (think Hostess Cupcakes)
9!. Cantelope slices with lime and honey drizzle

You can make these, freeze some of them and parcel them out in your own bags at serving time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

or those bars idk what their called with the fruit inside

or something with peanutbutter like those crackers, peanutbutter is very good for u
fruitsnacks that are made with 100% real fruit juice

pretty much any snack you would normally put in only look for a different brand that says it has like 100% natural flavors or vitamins and stuff!.!.!. look in the information and get one with the less grams of sugar and stuff!.

Fresh veggies , cheese and fruits are a great snack!. Packaged snacks are okay when your busy and on the go!. Packaged yogurts are nutritious and delicious!. For a treat, kids love baked goods or rice krispee squares !.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You should also consider putting a little snack bag of low sodium crackers in there!. This is a complex carb!. It takes the body longer to break down complex carbs so you feel fuller longer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

peanut butter cheese crackers

Fig Newtons are okay and they are packaged individually!.

They have individual packages or carrots, celery sticks or even apple slices in the produce section!.
