butter your bread and cook on lower heat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Got a toaster oven!?

Make your cheese sandwich, set the selector to toast, the thermostat to about 275 -300* F!. Place your sandwich on the rack and toast for about five minutes!.

The cheese will melt faster and more evenly if you shred it rather than using slices!.

If you don't have a toaster oven, just pre-heat your oven to about 300!.

Put a baking pan or sheet of aluminum foil on the bottom rack and place your sandwich directly on the rack above and toast for about 5-7 minutes!.

The result is a toasted cheese sandwich, which I happen to like as well!.

Use a fry-pan on medium or a pancake griddle!.
Heat to melt a little butter first, or butter the bread lightly!.
Start both slices at the same time, put cheese on 1 or both!.
When cheese is melted, flip 2 pieces together!.
Transfer to plate, let cool slightly, slice in 4, add ketchup!.

Alternative: Make 2 slices of toast, put cheese slice between,
Place on plate in microwave, on high for 10-20 seconds!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Use a nonstick skillet and either spread some butter on the outside of your bread or melt some in the skillet!. Place your sandwich in the skillet on medium high heat and cook until it is golden brown!. Flip it over and cook the other side!. You have to monitor the heat if you find the cheese isn't melting turn the flame or heat down a bit!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The heat's probably too high on your stove burner, making it burn!. Keep it at a medium-low heat, and don't walk away from it!. Check it often!. If you have butter or margarine, put a little bit in your pan, or spread it on your sandwich!.!.!.it keeps it from sticking so much, and it tastes awesome, even if it isn't as good for you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I put butter on the outside of both pieces!. Put about 3-4 slices of cheese in the center cook it on medium low heat on the stove!. You gotta stay and watch it!.!.!.turning it over the first time at about 3-4 mins and again on the other side!.!.Then when its a darker golden color on both sides i take it off and its done!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The next slice of Bread , Put Butter on one side, And leave Butter side up ! Give it a few minutes and flip it over!. If is not dark enough flip it back over a few more minutes !
