Did you ever eat fish with melted cheese?!

Question: Did you ever eat fish with melted cheese!?
Answers:
I would add a cheese sauce on my fish !!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

When I was a kid, one of our favorite "fast food" treats was to make fish sticks in the oven and melt American cheese on them!. Yum! Although I haven't eaten those delightful morsels in many years, I still have fond memories of them!. Another treat are Chinese appetizers that include crab, minced onion, and cream cheese in wonton wrappers (I forget what they are called!), which are mighty tasty as well!. Fish is such a delicate item, I suspect that cheese is better served mixed with a chopped shellfish, such as crab or shrimp, and used as a filling or stuffing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, I'm not found of it though!. It is fried and then the cheese is melted on top, and put on a bun with whatever sides you want on it!. To me there are some things cheese just don't go with and to me fish is one of them!. But I know many people who really like it!. Whatever suits them is fine with me!=)Www@FoodAQ@Com
