Question: I have a salmon steak and a bottle of Teriyaki sauce!. How can I cook it!?

Teriyaki Marinated Salmon Steak Recipe


A healthy and flavorful dish!. This can be made for a single meal or to impress your dozens of guests!. The small prep and cooking time, is a great reason why, salmon can be an "anytime" meal not just special occasions!.

Ingredients:
1 lb Fresh or Frozen Salmon Steak
1/4 Cup Plum Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
2 Cloves of Fresh Garlic
2 Tsp Olive Oil
1 Lime


Directions:
Preheat broiler to HI!.
Prep time 5 minutes!. Cooking time 8 minutes!.

Thaw fish and pat dry if necessary!. Marinade fish in Plum Ginger Teriyaki Sauce for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator!. You may actually marinade for up to 2 hours for maximum flavor!.

Drain fish from marinade!. Place the fish on a greased unheated rack of a broiler pan!. Broil for 8 to 12 minutes or until the fish flakes with a fork test!. Be sure to turn once, half way through the cooking process, basting with the left over marinade!.

Before serving, squeeze half a lime over cooked steak!.

You may substitute the salmon for swordfish or halibut!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'd just brush the salmon steak with a little olive oil and BBQ on each side 5-8 min; just spreading the teriyaki sauce on each side for the last minute or so (or it may burn)!.!.!. you can always drizzle a little more over it when you serve it!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just sear the salmon fillet and make a chilli and soy sauce by putting some chilli in the soy sauce!. Serve with steamed asian vegetables and boiled rice, healthy and deliciouse!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mix teriyaki with liquid honey and a bit of ginger!. Wrap in foil and grill!. Check the fish and when the honey mixture is sticky remove from BBQ!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
