Answers:
You could take your Chicken Thigh and rub it with your Thai Chili Sauce and Oil (canola or vegetable oil would be great) and let that set for about 1/2 hr!. to one hour!. Then, put that seasoned chicken into a baking dish with your soy sauce and a little chicken broth (chicken bouillon and water: One bouillon cube for 1 cup of water) and bake it, uncovered for about 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature is 165 for the chicken, especially bone in chicken!. Then saute your onions, garlic and Oyster Sauce in a hot pan then use this as a sauce for your chicken when it's done cooking!. Serve with freshly steamed veggies or some sort of wild rice or any potatoes and you will eat like your Mother is still at home and take pride in the fact that YOU made it! Good Luck and Happy Cooking! A cooks note: smoothe move to realize that the taste of a freshly made home cooked meal can make you appreciate your Mother and real food!Www@FoodAQ@Com
