Ha.. is this going to taste bad? (Lettuce caserole thingy)?!

Question: Ha!.!. is this going to taste bad!? (Lettuce caserole thingy)!?
So, in my desperate state of boredom I have conjured up this recipe!. It involves roux mix, boiled lettuce, potatoes, bell peppers, and a little bit of onion!. Garlic powder, onion powder, shredded cheese and Saltine Crackers and cucumbers!

I mixed the roux with boiled salad mix, a little shredded cheese, and garlic powder!. Lined the bottom of the pan with saltine crackers, pourded the roux and salad mix over that, topped the roux/salad mix with fresh potatoes, cucumbers and bell peppers, crushed some saltine crackers and put over the top of that with a little bit of shredded cheese, and now it's in the oven baking!.

About how long should I cook this stuff!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Well, I guess if you can make a lettuce soup this might actually be OK!. I wonder about the cucumbers though!. I would just cook it until the cheese melts and it's heated through, 20 minutes at 400!. Unless the potatoes are raw, then I would cook covered at 350 for an hour then uncover it and brown it for ten minutes!. The most important thing I would think is to let it rest for 15 minuites when you take it out, otherwise it will be super soupy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

350 for 30 minutes, checking on it occasionally!.? You could cover with foil the first half and uncover the second half to brown the cracker crumbs!.Definitely sounds like an interesting dish!.? Let us know how it turns out!. I've always wondered if you could bake with lettuce or cukes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

very creative but it sounds nasty to me!. I'd bake 350 30 min!.
Are your potatoes raw or cooked!?
If the are raw I would cover and cook 45 min uncover and finish off for about 15 min!.
Good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com
