We, as an asian, use potato starch mostly on deep fried or make a soup thickening which will be a bit sticky if you put about 2 tb sp of potato starch and dissovle it into cold water then pour into the soup you cooked!.!.!.you could powerder the meat you would like to deep fried then coating a beaten eggs then some bread crumbs on it, then you got a tasty tendering deep fried chicken or pork!. That is how we use it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
