Apple cookies with cornflakes?!


Question: Apple cookies with cornflakes!?
Can anyone share with me any good apple cookies recipe!?
I don't have oatmeal with me now!. Can I use cornflakes to substitute!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here are some without oats, just depending on if you want chunky apple cookies or not

1/2 cup shortening
1 1/3 cups packed brown sugar
1 egg
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1 cup raisins (optional)
1 cup chopped apples

Preheat oven to 400!. Grease cookie sheets!.
Cream shortening, sugar and egg!. Add half of the dry ingredients!.
Blend in milk and remaining dry ingredients!.
Add nuts, raisins, apples and mix!.
Drop on greased cookie sheet!. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes!.

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cups packed brown sugar
10 tablespoons butter, softened
1 egg
2/3 cup apple juice
2 cups butterscotch chips
3/4 cup grated apple
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup confectioners' sugar
Preheat oven to 350 Lightly grease cookie sheets!.
Mix together flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in medium bowl!.
Beat brown sugar and 1/2 cup butter in large mixer bowl until creamy!. Beat in egg!. Gradually beat in flour mixture alternately with apple juice!. Stir in 1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips, apple and 1/2 cup walnuts!. Drop by slightly rounded tablespoon onto lightly greased cookie sheets!.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until lightly browned!. Let stand 2 minutes; cool on wire racks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes i think cornflakes can be used!. i have never used before, but lets see i will try next time!.
heres a apple cookies recipe:
GIANT CHEWY PEANUT BUTTER AND APPLE
COOKIES

3/4 c!. peanut butter
3 tbsp!. butter
1 c!. packed brown sugar
1 c!. whole wheat flour
2 egg whites
2 tbsp!. skim milk
1/2 tsp!. baking soda
3/4 c!. quick cooking rolled oats
1 or 2 apple, peeled, cored and finely chopped

In a small mixer bowl beat the peanut butter and butter with an electric mixer until softened!. Add brown sugar, half of the flour, the egg whites, milk and baking soda!. Beat until well combined!. Stir in the remaining flour, rolled oats and apple!.

Drop by well rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet; flatten slightly!.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden!. Remove from the cookie sheet; cool on a wire rack!. To store place in a moisture and vaporproof container seal label and freeze up to 6 months!. Makes 16 to 18 cookies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
