Answers:
Because filo is so brittle you would be better off baking before very carefully tray freezing and freeze in good solid container like Tupperware !. Make sure it doesn't get jostled too much in freezer!. I make a sweet samosa with filo, ground almond and spiced apple and have found if I want to make before I need them that this is the most successful way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you should definitely cook them before freezing, because if you freeze them the pastry would get ruined!. bake them halfway and then just re-bake them before serving!.

if however, you choose to store them before cooking, line your container with parchment paper with every stack of the samosa!. It would be better though if you just refrigerate them and not freeze!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

u can do both!. but i suggest semi-cooking it and then storing in the refrigerator as it will remain good longer and will take less time when cooking finally!.it shouldnt jostle in the freezer!.

hope that helped!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
