I make really good chunky out-of-the-ordinary salsa!.!.
About 12 large roma tomatoes, 1 large white onion, 1 bunch cilantro, 1 jalapeno (no seeds), 1-2 avocados, 2 tsp lemon juice, about 1 tablespoon of salt!. Chop the roma tomatoes as chunky or as finely as you would like *I do about half chunky-half finer*, mince the onion, jalapeno, and cilantro in a food processor, and chop the avocado!. Put all in a large bowl and add the lemon juice and salt!. Toss all together and refrigerate!. Serve however you would serve any salsa!. This is better the 2nd day!. We love this in breakfast burritos, with chips (obviously), with grilled chicken and steak fajitas, etc!.
This is the perfect thing to take to picnics, parties, potlucks, or anywhere!. This won 2nd prize in a local salsa contest!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I make a great chicken and dumplings!. I boil the chicken with chicken stock, and potatoes, onions and carrots, than put biscuits dropped in!. You can use Bisquick for an easy biscuit and it tastes good!. I also make good homemade soups, but I am sorry I don't have a recipe for that, I just throw it together to taste with what food I have left over!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Oh my baked ziti
its to die for!!! everyone who tries it dies over it :)
sauce:
3 can tomato sauce
can of tomatoes (actual whole tomatoes)
sugar
pepper
onion
garlic cloves
salt
garlic powder
FRESH BASIL***
oregano
---- you 1st put the garlic cloves and choopped onions in a pot, then add the can of tomato sauce once the onions begin to brown!. Then add the can of tomato and use a masher inside the pot to shop em'--- this makes the sauce thick opposed to liquid thin! then add the seasoning to taste really, sorry I never measure it!
also when cooking the pasta, take it out when its a little undercooked bc it softens in the oven, and add bread crumbs and cheese on top to make it extra crunchy~ have fun!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Every Friday night, I make 10 batches of pizza dough - about 20 pizzas - and feed anyone who stops by!. The recipe is simple and everyone thinks I'm amazing!. I add sausage, bacon, ham, pineapple, pepperoni, bell peppers, tomatoes, olives and just about anything else that can go on a pizza!. It's cheap, homemade and fun!. I can do it alone, or have lots of helpers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I make a helluva good Osso Bucco, if I do say so myself!.
I cannot divulge the recipe as I promised my Mom I wouldn't!. She taught us kids to cook well and never once chased us out of the kitchen; for that, I'll always be grateful!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
