Get your chicken wings crispy!. They are traditionally deep fried but you can also grill or bake them!. Then try tossing them with a lemon viniagrette made with fresh lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil a few cloves of smashed garlic, a little red wine viegar and some dried oregano!. Salt and pepper to taste!. Or for an Asian twist start with Hoisin sauce some fresh ginger or powdered and add a little sake or flavored rice wine vinegar and a little sweetener like honey or sugar for a sweet-n- sour version!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I make non spicy wings for my daughter and she loves them!. I cut the wings into 3 parts - I discard the tips or save them for stock by freezing them!. Cook or fry the wings til crispy!. I cook mine in the oven at 350F for about 20 minutes (flip them over after 10 minutes and continue cooking for another 10) on a sheet pan!. I make up a sauce of a non spicy store bought BBQ sauce that my daughter likes - honey bbq - and add almost an equal amount of honey to it!. When the wings are done, I put them in a glass or metal bowl (don't want to melt plastic with hot wings), and coat them with the sauce!. I then put them back in the oven for another 5 minutes!. You can also adapt the sauce by adding a lil teriyaki or soy sauce to it, orange marmalade, a splash of juice, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
