What is the "sugar dough" substance chefs use to layer and decorate a cake with?!
I know the common term is "sugar dough" but is there a more proper name for it!? Im starting at AI of San Diego probably at the end of August hopefully and one of my classes is "Culinary Arts" and I just wanted to find out a few things before I go!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is called fondunt!. On Food Network, there is this show called Ace of Cakes, and they use fondunt all the time!. it is sort of like clay because you can make shapes out of it, but it's sugary and edible!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
