Answers:
I have a recipe for a fruit salsa that you could try that is always a big hit at parties (in place of the fruit salad, of course):

Fruit Salsa

? pkg!. strawberries
3 kiwis
2 bananas
1 Tbsp!. sugar
1 Tbsp!. Lime juice

-Cut tops off strawberries!. Cut into small pieces!. Mash with fork or chop with chopper (leaving some chunks…will be a salsa consistency)!. Place into a medium sized bowl and set aside!. Peel bananas, slice, chop, and add to bowl!. Peel kiwi, slice (save a slice or two for garnish ?), chop, and add to bowl!. Add remaining ingredients and stir together!. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes prior to serving!.
*NOTE*: Best if prepared same day as served…No more than 5 hours prior to serving

Chips:
1 pkg!. flour tortillas
Butter or Butter flavored non-stick cooking spray
Cinnamon
Sugar

-cut flour tortillas into desired shapes!. Place one layer on a foil lined cookie sheet and heavily coat upper side with melted butter or non-stick spray!. Sprinkle heavily with cinnamon-sugar mixture!. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown!. Sprinkle more cinnamon-sugar while hot!.

When my grandmother would have tea parties with me, she always made muffins!.!.!.blueberry and lemon poppyseed!. They just seemed to fit!!

I don't know if the chocolate strawberries would be good, since you are talking about having a fruit salad (or hopefully fruit salsa ;) ) as well!.

To go with the sandwiches, add a light side, like pasta salad or veggies and dip!.

Hope I helped! good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pillsbury crescents/ with your choice of deli meat!.

*(1 can of 8 crescents; thin sliced deli meat; 1 tbs of mustard/ 2 tbs softened cream cheese/1 tbs of mayo)
*mix the mustard; cream cheese; mayo, and spread on each crescent lay on the 1-2 slices of meat and roll, and bake til golden brown!.

desert melted chocolate, if you don't have a fondue pot(I use a small crock pot it keeps it melted, continuously) add chocolate and and a drop of oil and set to med!.
for melting use fruit, strawberries, bananas, pretzel, pound cake, cookies, marshmallows!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It already looks like a fabulous menu and I'd love to take a bite of any of those entrees but I will help you with the pastry!. A chocolate croissant is elegant and sophisticated yet delicious and will alleviate your sweet tooth!. A nice way to make it seem like you have more is to dress up the dishes!. Hope I helped and hope you have a fabulous tea party!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Any classic tea luncheon should have scones and clotted cream! Don't forget the jam either!.

You can also add any sort of dried fruit to the scone, like cranberries, or even chocolate chips!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ohhh, make hugs and kisses cookies! (X's and O's) every little girl has to have hugs and kisses! Shortbread works well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
