You are better off cooking it separately and adding it!. If you really want to use the same pot and water, then bring water to boil, add the chicken, turn down to a very low simmer and cook it until it's done (will vary depending on how big the pieces are, just cut into it and see whether all pink is gone)!. Then proceed to add noodles and the spice mix!.
The reason I recommend cooking the chicken separately is that it will give off a gray cloudy foam that will clump up on you!. It's just a little protein, but it doesn't look great!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would add the chicken into the water first an let it boil for a good 30 minutes (if you are adding diced chunks of raw chicken) if you drop ina whole frozen breast!.!.!.at least 50 minutes cook time!. Wait to add the seasoning packet and noodles until chicken is cooked!.
A good alternative is to grill or pan sautee the chicken breast with some salt, pepper, garlic, and a bit of soy sauce and then top it onto you cooked ramen!. Yummy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Dice the chicken and boil in the water!. When the chicken is done through (4-5 minutes depending how small you've cut the chicken), then add the noddles and the seasoning packet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Fry the chicken in a separate pan, it's more flavorful that way! The time it would take to cook the chicken in the broth, a lot of it would be evaporated!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
"Add" the chicken before you cook the noodles!. They cook really quickly!. Boil your chicken until done (center is not at all pink and chicken is tender) and then add the noodles and the flavor pack!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
bad idea, don't do it unless the chicken was frozen after it was cookedWww@FoodAQ@Com
