Can I do this (below) with puff pastry?!
Lay the frozen sheets out flat on a cutting board and use a biscuit cutter to make small circles!. Then top the circles with carmelized onions (to within half inch of the edge)!. Bake it and have onions tarts!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Drain the onions really well or you will have soggy tarts!.
After you cut the tarts, use a fork and dot them so they do not over puff!.//unless that is what you want!.

That will do it!. Just keep your puff pastry covered with a moist towel when you are not working with it so that it doesnt dry out!. Keep the filling relatively dry, or else the bottom will get soggy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

sure but you have to brsuh each sheet with melted butter then stack on top of each other spread onions on top layer and then cut out circles and bake
