http://food!.yahoo!.com/recipes/allrecipes!.!.!.

I know nothing about cooking so I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me how much I need for all the ingredients for 1 serving!.

If you could also add a serving for two, that would be a bonus!. :)

Answers:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large egg, slightly beaten
1 tablespoons vegetable oil
milk, just enough to make pourable batter

Combine all the dry ingredients, then add the egg and oil and mix together, adding milk a few drops at a time until the batter is pourable!. Cook on a hot, well greased griddle or fry pan!.

This will serve one!. Double everything but the egg to make 2 servings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try using 1/4 cup flour, tsp!. sugar, pinch baking powder, ppinch baking soda, 1/2cup buttermilk, splash of milk, try to do 1/2 an egg, and a tablespoon of melted butter!.

For 2, use 1/2 cup flour, 2 tsp!. sugar, pinch each of baking soda and powder, 1 cup buttermilk, splash of milk, 1 egg, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Use a calculator and split the quantities!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well just divided by two like 3 cups of milk you only put 1 and one half cup of milkWww@FoodAQ@Com
