how thick they are will tell you how long to pan fry them usually it 5Min's per side per 1/2 inch(at med heat) hope they're tasty! P!.S!.I really like your name i've never heard it b-4!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Boneless porkchops tend to be thicker than bone-in ones, so you'll need to cook them for longer!. And, while earlier generations thought you had to cook pork until it was like shoe leather, we now know that you don't have to!. So, that being said:
Heat your skillet or saute pan over medium heat!. Add 1 -2 T olive oil and heat until the oil "shimmers"!. Drain your chops from the marinade so that you don't have a flare up!. Sear on both sides until the chops are golden brown!. Add 3 T water or white wine, cover and continue to heat until juices run clear when meat is poked with a fork!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Heat pan to med-high!. Coat w/ a bit of oil!. Put chops in hot pan and do not move!.!.!. let them sit still and sear!. Flip them when they release themselves, 4-5 minutes later!. Then leave them along until they release again, probably another 3-4 min!. You will need longer times if chops are over an inch thick, and much less time if they are very thinly sliced!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
