3 cups chicken breast (cooked and cubed)
1 cup pineapple (diced)
1/2 cup celery (diced)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup walnuts
1/8 cup dried cranberries
2 Tablespoons sweet onion (minced)
2 Tablespoons apple juice

Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well combined and chill!. Serve with a lettuce garnish!.

***You can use the chicken salad as a sandwich filling!.***

Tuna Salad Sandwich

Combine tuna, chopped onion, chopped hard boiled egg, diced dill pickles, miracle whip, and some pickle juice together and put the tuna mixture on toasted bread!. Eat and enjoy!.

My parents uses the same recipe and will add one slice of tomato, lettuce and sometimes one slice of onion on top of the tuna mixture!.

Blue Ribbon Potato Salad

5 cans of whole peeled potatoes, diced to desired size
1 quart jar of real mayonnaise
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup mustard, to taste
alot of celery seed, to taste
1 whole deli container of diced hard-boiled eggs
1/4 cup sugar

Dice the potatoes to desired size!. Mix in the mayonnaise, mustard and celery seed!. Now add in the diced hardboiled eggs and mix well!. Then add in the sugar to finish and mix again!. Chill for at least 1/2 hour if possible!. Serve!.

Tacos!.Just brown the meat and add the spices and put in the crock pot!.Cooler than cooking for a long time and you can freeze leftover meat filling!.Add a little tomatoe puree or canned sauce to keep the meat moist in the crockpot!.You can also make a burrito out of this!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I agree to avoid cooking, but there are actually some good raw recipes that are cooling!.!.!.depending upon your family's tastes, an easy gazpacho made in the food processor is good (go to www!.foodnetwork!.com) or some homemade hummus from chickpeas and lemon, or tacos with guacamole dip!.!.!.(depending upon the kind you like, the tacos are cooked of course!.) I'm making wraps!. Hummus, canned salmon, romaine lettuce, broccoli slaw, avocado and sprouts in a whole wheat tortilla!. My bf doesn't like hummus or canned salmon, so he's getting mayo and canned tuna!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
