Question about sausage stuffed mushroom; can I make them at home and cook them a couple of hours later?!
I have never made them before I want them to be as fresh as possible!. Should I bake them at home or when I get there!? How long is it safe to leave them setting out!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Use fresh firm mushrooms and make sure your stuffing is dry but still moist!.
Its fine to make them ahead of time and such!. Cover well and keep in the fridge!.
After they are cooked they wont last more thana few hours before going narley!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can make them a day in advance they last fine in the dridge as long as there is not a lot of greese
stuff raw mushrooms and when your ready to bake put oil on top and bake them
you can cook fully at home or pre bake at home for 20 minutes then bring them warm and heat them upWww@FoodAQ@Com

Bake them at home and warm them in the oven when you get there!. Much easier that way!. I wouldn't leave them out for too long - mushrooms get soggy, brown, gross looking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Yes but just make sure you refrigerate then until you are ready to cook them!.

did you mix and cook your sausage stuffing!.!.!?!?!?
then just lay them out on your platter and wrap well in cling wrap to prevent them drying out!.!.cook them later!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
