Answers:
You need to quickly soak them in hot water to let the skin loosen, then peel off the skin slice the tomatoes into quarters and remove seeds if preffered then continue to dice, then add them to your recipe as needed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you should be just fine with the fresh!. depending on the recipe tomatoes are normally added to increase an acidity level in the dish!. fresh should be just fine and probably even increase the flavor!. why go canned when you can go fresh!. that's my motto!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

depends on recipe, if your going to be cooking for a long period after you add the tomatoes, such as baking it, then raw will be fine, if your not cooking long then pre cook them before adding!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fresh tomatos would be great to use!. Put the whole tomatos in very hot water for 15 minutes, peel off the skin and dice them up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can cook them and make soup out of them also tomato sauce!.if you dont want the tomatoes i will use them up for you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would blanch them to remove the skin, squeeze seeds and water out, then dice and add them to your recipe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i would just throw them in diced !.!.!.!.!. but be careful about the tomatoes these days!.!.!.!.!.!.!. (salmonella)Www@FoodAQ@Com

If I where you I would add the fresh and cook it with the meal!. You could even chop and do a quick puree!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
