Pineapple pepper jelly?!
I got a jar of pineapple pepper jelly as a part of a gift and would love to use it - but on what!? Any ideas!? Should it be used as a part of a cheese and cracker tray, maybe!? I love to try new things, but am lost on this one!. Any suggestions would be great!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm assuming, the pepper part, is going to give it a kick!. I'd say SPAM to the rescue on this one!
Make PAN SEARED SPAM SLICES!. and top with some of that pineapple pepper jelly, serve on crackers, that sounds yummy, Or even bettter, put it on SPAM BURGERS! for a HAWAIIAN spin! also, You could make deep fried Chicken fingers and dip them in that sauce!

I always use pineapple jelly as marinade for baked chicken or ribs on the grill!. The pineapple pepper jelly would be a nice twist!. Mix it with some olive oil, lemon or lime, salt, and whatever spices sound good!. Just marinate and cook!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
