I usually buy 2 Roma ,,, 3 mushrooms 2 carrots 1 small zucchini!.!.a bunch of green onions once a week and pay about $2!.00!.!.
So I would say yes but $5!.00 no
if you get started you may find your neighbors buy all your produce!.!.
Idea keep your produce in a plastic trays in an ice chest to keep cold and never pick too much so you have to store them!.!.have a business card and take orders to keep your inventory small!.!. don't forget first 3 years no profit taking
investment fruit trees peach apple fig almond walnut pecan!.!.
especially for the seasonal hobbyists!.!.!.

Considering the current tomato/salmonella scare - not unless you can guarantee your tomatoes are safe to eat, or are from one of the safe varieties!. If you mean $5 a tomato, no, it would have to weigh about 5 lbs!. and talk for someone to spend that kind of money for one tomato!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
