Get yourself a nice chuck roast!. Sear that in a 10-inch or 12-inch skillet, then add a half cup of water and half cup of red wine!. While that simmers, peel three or four carrots, cut 'em in one inch chunks and toss 'em in!. Peel and cut up a couple potatoes and toss that in!. Sprinkle a quarter teaspoon of allspice on the meat!. Peel and slice an onion and lay the slices on the meat!. Cover the skillet and reduce the heat until the dish is just simmering!. Let it cook for 75 minutes!. Remove the meat and dish up the veggies beside it!. If you want gravy, keep the meat and veggies warm while you stir and scrape the liquid and the stuck bits of meat and veggies off the bottom of the pan!. Add enough water to make a cup and a half of liquid and bring this to a boil while you stir two teaspoons of cornstarch into two tablespoons of water and add that to the liquid in the skillet!. With the heat on medium, stir until it boils again - it will take a minute or so - then pour the gravy into a gravy boat and serve alongside the meat and veggies!. Now, there's a dinner that'll stick to yer ribs!Www@FoodAQ@Com

one of my fave dishes is chicken with spinach cream cheese sauce!. You just bake the chicken with salt and pepper and in a pot boil some frozen spinach, drain, add 1 pkg of cream cheese, some garlic salt and milk until it is creamy, not runny!. Just pour it over your cooked chicken and have some mashed potatoes on the side!. : ) Or, if you want something lighter, I really like to make chicken salad and then put them on just out of the oven crescent rolls and on the side, i peel and cube an apple, add some grapes and a tad of lemon juice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Have what I am having for dinner, Asian Tilapia!
A tilapia filet marinaded in soy sauce, honey, toasted sesame seeds, minced garlic, sliced ginger, and chopped onions!. Then make some fried rice as a side dish!. And also a side salad with homemade wasabi dressing (lemon juice, wasabi paste, soy sauce, and honey)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
