1 package of yellow cake mix , 4 eggs , 1 cup ripe bananas (3 medium banana's) 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup of milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup chopped pecans preheat oven 323 grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan mix in ingrediant's then stir in nut's pour into pan bake 50 to 60 minutes then cool 25 minutes then invert onto pan / frosting place 1cup nuts in skillet add butter (1/2 cup)then add a container of vanilla frosting stir the cool to frost cakeWww@FoodAQ@Com

If you don't feel like baking, freeze them!. Mash the bananas and freeze in a bag!. Stir a teaspoon of lemon juice in with the mashed bananas to prevent browning!. Label the bag with how many mashed bananas it contains so you will know when you go to use them in a recipe!. You can also freeze bananas in slices or in chunks!. If you are going to freeze bananas this way, it is a good idea to sprinkle the slices with lemon juice, freeze them spread out on a baking sheet, and put them in a bag once frozen!. Whole Wheat Spicy Banana Bread

1/2 c!. butter (or 1/4 c!. applesauce and 1/4 c!. marg!.)
1 c!. sugar (or 1/2 c!. Splenda and 1/2 brown sugar)
2 eggs, lightly beaten (or 1/2 c!. egg substitute)
1 c!. mashed ripe bananas (about 3)
1 c!. all-purpose flour, unsifted
1/2 tsp!. salt
1 tsp!. soda
1 c!. whole wheat flour, unsifted
1/3 c!. hot water
1/2 tsp!. cinnamon
1/4 tsp!. allspice
1/4 tsp!. nutmeg
3/4 c!. chopped walnuts

Melt butter and blend in sugar!. Mix in beaten eggs and mashed banana, blending until smooth!.

In a bowl, stir together all-purpose flour, salt, soda and whole wheat flour until thoroughly blended!. Add dry ingredients alternately with hot water!.

Stir in chopped nuts and spices!.

Spoon batter into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan!.

Bake in a 325 degree oven for about 1 hour and 10 minutes, until bread begins to pull away from sides of pan and a wooden skewer inserted in center comes out clean!. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes; then turn out onto a rack to cool completely!.

you can make banana sundaes first you peel your fruit long ways add double cream and mixed fruit and pour over strawberry syrup there you have it a pudding for you on a hot day if you dont like cream use ice-cream or dream topping!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
