I actually learned a great trick for baking pizza from my brother-in-law!. He bakes the crust without the sauce, cheese and toppings until it is light brown!. I like to spread some olive oil and garlic poweder on first too!. Then he puts the toppings on and just broils the pizza until it is melty and bubbly!. My husband and I have been making pizza this way since we got married and it is WONDERFUL!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Yes until the cheese melts, if you slice the veggies thin! Because if the veggies you are going to put on the pizza, are to thick cut, they won't get cooked right and may even be like raw!
I find it's much easier and tastier, you saute the veggies in a pan on the stove, to get them to the way you want them, soft wise! Then put them on the pizza after they have cooled a bit and then the cheese, and the pizza will be done when the cheese is melted! I like fried onions on all my pizza's, so I fry the onions in a pan on the stove to the way I like them, then put them on the pizza and then bake the pizza until the cheese is melted! Very Yummy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
