I swear by this recipe:
Hamburger meat, chopped sweet onions, 1 package of ranch seasoning mix, pepper, 1 egg and a1 sauces honey terkayki marinade!. I mix it all together and form patties!. I heat the oven to 350 and cook for about 30-45 mins( i always make the big thick burgers)!. when they are almost done i top with pepperjack cheese!. put on warm hamburger buns and your done! My husband LOVES these homemade burgers!. I love to get in the kitchen and make up recipes, i always end up making something unforgetable!.

I've always put a little worchestershire sauce in the meat, add an egg so that they stick; you can also add some finely chopped onions or green peppers; Tony Chachere's is a great seasoning that will give it a little kick; OOOhhh, A-1 sauce in the meat is the best!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Get a good marinade and cut up onions and put in minced garlic and an egg yoke and mix it together with the raw hamburger then make your patties and grill them!. Mmmmm they are soooo yummy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
